We offer a trip to one of our trading countries for employees in continuous service for 2 years and above.

We offer gifts worth 500,000 won per person every three months and provide anti-smoking support for nine months(3 times, 1.5 million won).

For employees who have plans on Mondays and Fridays, we are implementing the mandatory get-off-work system at 6:10 on Mondays and Fridays, and we are planning to increase it gradually.

We run a café within the building for employees to take a break and rest. The finest massage chairs (body friend phantom black edition), Nespresso capsule coffee, and other refreshments are available for employees.

Meals

Don’t starve!

Many people go to work without having breakfast. YOUTH TECH offers kimbap, toast, and sandwiches for breakfast. There is a cafeteria for the employees, and we support funding for workers to eat outside once a week.
